There is one thing that is confusing me. how do you create the character?

[Haji Ongaku]

The way that you create a character is you copy the skeleton template in that Quote box at the top, then you back out of this thread and create a new one entitled with the name of your character. Then you fill out the template with information regarding your character and post him/her up. After a while an Admin or Mod should be by to check your character, perhaps even ask you to edit some problems they find as well.

Seeing as how the Admins and Mods aren't really here, however, the problem stands as how to get your character accepted so you can RP with them without breaking the rules.

Hell, I'm only posting here in hopes that nobody would make another mistake.
